I guess Max Factor III had different ideas about what 'make-up' meant when he decided not to go into the family business and become a mediator.

Yes, this guy is good. He makes me feel like a grade schooler, the way he sees to the heart of the true dynamics of a situation-- and how to steer them for a "win win." I was fortunate to hear him speak in a small gathering. Terrificly skilled. Equally ethical. A gem!
