Forget about interest based bargaining or that positional nonsense... that's for wimps, this was the big time, this was Resolution Roulette.

Each had the dirt on the other, you know your usual creative accounting, suspect costings for supposedly good customers, hiding assets from the ex...that type of thing.

No detail you understand, just hang'n the meat low enough to get a whiff of the leverage that might result.

Each thought their dirt was dirtier and stickier than the other guy's and that they could throw it harder...yardy yardy yah

I could smell the meat too, no detail you understand (I know nothing) and I did try to stand up wind but they were shouting (at me) by that stage.
