Whitespace

Cross pollinating from other industries in which I mediate is becoming important in informing my own mediation practice.

Yesterday I learnt something new from the airline world...stay the hell away from whitespace.

Whitespace is the blank you have in your calendar when there's nothing in for that day and whitespace is bad news, especially if you are running a multi million dollar repair shop for aero engines.

With this new knowledge onboard, I fired up my laptop when I got home only to be blinded by the brightness of my next month in Outlook.

Note to self: ink that whitespace in the New Year.
