Follow up to Risk Analysis in Mediation post
Thanks to Canada's Rick Weiler who left a comment on my recent Risk Analysis in Mediation post saying that he finds 
TreePlan® to be good and it's often a revelation, he finds, when the parties realize they have to subtract the negative contingency from the positive. It's helped Rick with lots of cases.
TreePlan helps build a decision tree diagram in an Excel worksheet using dialog boxes.
Decision trees are useful for analyzing sequential decision problems under uncertainty, i.e., linked decisions.

It looks interesting. Unfortunately, the demo doesn't seem to be playing entirely well with the Mac version of Excel. I've left a message for the developer, so hopefully it's a temporary problem.
