CEDR

CEDR will host its annual social evening in London on Wednesday 27 June 2007.

The Annual Mediation Dinner will host leading organisations and individuals from the legal and ADR world.

It sounds a wonderfully English affair from the obligatory black tie to the Trafalgar Square venue at The Commonwealth Club, and even entertainment provided by the Royal College of Music with Gershwin and Porter standards.

If you are going to be in Ye Olde London Towne in late June and want to attend, contact CEDR.

Just posted is Courting Compromise by Sir Henry Brooke and it's worth a read as you start your week - what triggers a judge to recommend mediation?...how does the system of moving from litigation to mediation work? [CEDR May 07]
